comfortable stay with a few drawbacks
The location was outstanding, with easy access to the beach and nearby shops. Staff showed great hospitality, making us feel welcomed during our week-long stay.
Lower floor rooms are exposed to road noise.

The reasons I’m conflicted
Fantastic location just steps from the beach with spacious rooms offering beautiful views. The helpful staff, especially the concierge, really enhanced my stay.
The elevators were slow during busy times, and the pool’s size was disappointing for serious swimming.

Perfect spot for fun in Waikiki
We stayed for 7 nights with great vibes all around. The location is a total winner, just a quick walk to the beach! Our room had amazing views, and the pool area was chill. Just keep in mind, the parking is a hassle. Restaurant was good for a quick bite too!

I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and modern, and the complimentary slippers were a nice touch. The Hawaiian aroma cafe had delicious breakfast options, but be prepared for some delays when ordering. Overall, I would absolutely choose this place again!

Loved this place! Super clean, modern, and the vibe was just fun! Perfect location with the beach right across the street, and the view from my room was a delight!
The pool was busier than a kids' birthday party! And finding an empty towel was like looking for a unicorn!

Great stay in Waikiki!
The stay was awesome. Room had air conditioning, a balcony with partial ocean views, and a fridge. Super comfy beds. Housekeeping was on point. Pool area was nice with saltwater, and they even had outdoor yoga classes. The cafe's acai bowls were fresh and tasty. Easy access to the beach and shops made life simple!

Perfectly situated right across from the Cheesecake Factory, giving easy access to dining options. The hotel has a small pool for a quick dip and offers a lobby cafe bar that provides decent coffee, which is a necessary plus in this pricey city.
The so-called ocean view from the room is practically non-existent, with tall buildings obstructing any real sight of the sea. consider it more of a partial view. The room lacked basic amenities upon arrival, requiring calls for essentials like shampoo and robes, which should be standard. The shower curtain felt outdated, and honestly, a glass door would really freshen things up. Also, noise from nearby establishments can be pretty disruptive, especially if you're a light sleeper. Add in the high valet parking fee, which hits hard at $40 per day, and it feels like a pinch at every turn.

A delightful surprise at Outrigger
The hotel's recent renovations made it feel modern and inviting. I loved the spacious room and the friendly staff. The location was a bonus, so close to everything!
Unfortunately, the pool area was smaller than I expected, leaving little lounging space. I also encountered a few noise disturbances from neighboring rooms, which was a bit frustrating.

You can't miss the burgers from Maui Brewing Company just down the road, and Hula Grill offers vibes that'll sweep you off your feet! Plus, the staff were super helpful, keeping my stay smooth sailing.
But hold up, those kids splashing in the hot tub? Not a vibe for relaxation! Plus, saw some floating bits in the hot tub—yikes! Cushions by the pool could use a refresh, they looked a little tired.

My stay at the Outrigger was excellent, thanks to the prime location just a short walk from the beach and main attractions. The room was modern, well-maintained, and featured a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. I found the business center very helpful for my work needs, and the staff efficiently assisted with any inquiries. Dining options within the hotel were varied, with delicious meals served throughout the day.
The pool area was smaller than anticipated, which was a bit disappointing.

Located perfectly in the heart of Waikiki, the balcony provided a great spot to unwind despite noise from traffic. The Maui Brewing Company had fantastic food, and the friendly staff, especially housekeeping, ensured our stay was comfortable. However, the elevators were often busy and we found our views partly obstructed by neighboring buildings. Overall, it offered a great experience, especially with a family of five in a spacious suite, but the excessive tourist crowd made it feel less tranquil.
